I design products that give people permission to be human
Rose Daniel
For 15+ years, I’ve designed digital products used at scale — from workforce platforms and aviation systems to large-scale consumer experiences. My work focuses on simplifying complexity, modernizing workflows, and building software that feels clear, capable, and easy to move through.
My background spans product design, UX strategy, information architecture, research, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted workflows. I’ve contributed to platform redesigns, migrations, and large-scale product transformations for Fortune 500 organizations, partnering closely with product, engineering, and business teams to bring better systems to life.
Alongside my design practice, I founded Lavish Mischief, a cultural architecture studio exploring how people gather, connect, and dwell. That work continues to shape how I think about software: the best systems help people feel oriented, confident, and at ease.
Focus
