I’m a principal product designer and design leader with 12+ years of experience creating complex enterprise products across HR, aviation, and retail. I specialize in multi-role workflows, design systems, and regulated products where clarity and trust matter.

I lead work from market and pattern research through prototyping, testing, and delivery, partnering closely with Product and Engineering throughout the process. At ADP, I created reusable patterns adopted across multiple business units and dozens of product teams for platforms serving more than 50 million users.

I also formally mentor designers in systems thinking, workflow design, pattern selection, and cross-functional collaboration. I’m most interested in work where I can strengthen both the product and the design practice behind it.
